Chiranjeevi’s Kaaka: Hyderabad Shoot Begins, Sankranthi 2027 Release Locked
Popular star Chiranjeevi is all set to deliver yet another high-octane entertainer with his upcoming film Kaaka and the buzz around the project is gaining momentum. The action-packed film featuring Chiranjeevi that is being directed by Bobby Kolli has started an important shooting schedule in Hyderabad. Major action sequences of the film are in progress at the moment, which is a major leg of the production.
The Hyderabad schedule is expected to comprise Chiranjeevi along with the main cast in a few crucial scenes of the story. A mix of high-octane action, emotional drama, comedy and commercial bits is already making rounds on the fans. The makers plan a massive theatrical release during Sankranthi festival season on **January 13, 2027**.
Recently, the title of the film has been revealed in a very strange teaser wherein Chiranjeevi has been revealed as Supervisor Satyam who works under Ammaji Aqua Industries of Ravulapalem. The exciting one is the fact that knowing the remarkable characterization offered to the actor and the location of shrimp farm, everything looks something else! The sachet having Satyam, who has come from Nallupadu to retrieve the key, who has been misplaced in the shrimp pond by the use of big electromagnet is the most buzzed about sequence seen in the teaser. What is happening in terms of the key is the fact that we saw a skeen where a lot of weapons have come appearing in front of it whereas a key is seen at its side. This also means that his past might be exciting and there is a lot to be seen in the Tamil film.
Kaaka stars **Anaswara Rajan** and **Nivetha Pethuraj** in pivotal roles with **Thaman S** working on the music. The perfect blend of punchy numbers and a robust background score will further take the action-oriented film and emotional scenes to a higher plane.
This is the second collaboration of Chiranjeevi with director Bobby Kolli after a blockbuster Waltair Veerayya. Whenever the pair meet, the public expectation is for a mass blockbuster. The previous film itself was a crescendo of commercial success.
Word is there the first half of Kaaka will end with a spectacular interval action sequence that will be one of the film’s major features. We also heard that the makers are happy with the first cut and that there’s a good balance of action, emotion, comedy and commerciality.
